Coaching

Individual Coaching

The Travel Leader engages with leaders to form coaching relationships based on the needs of the leader. The process begins with a discovery call to get to know each other, determine if the leader is ready to commit to a coaching engagement and to see if the coaching partnership is a good fit for both parties. During this discovery call, we will also get clarity on what the leader is seeking to get out of the coaching program. Following the discovery call, and a mutual understanding of the intention to move forward, the coach and and coachee will form a coaching agreement.

During each coaching session, the coachee brings topics to the appointment in which they are seeking support. The coach's role is to listen, guide the coachee to their own deeper understanding around the issue, reflect the coachee's own thought process, and hold space for the coachee to make shifts in awareness and develop their own solutions.

In a coaching partnership, the coachee is the expert. The powerful value of the coach is the process and tools that that the coach provides for the coachee to uncover their expertise.

Group Coaching

In a group coaching session the client participates with other members who share common interests around industry, organization or coaching themes. In a group coaching session all members of the group are given the opportunity to raise topics and share experiences. The coach holds space for each group member and helps guide the group around common themes and learning from other members of the group.

While a single group coaching call may not allow for each individual issue to be addressed, all members of the group will benefit from the shared experience. In a group coaching session, members of the group resist providing advice to other participants and alternatively focus on what the discussion provides for him/herself as a learning opportunity.
